WARNING- This guy is in California! DO NOT ADOPT TO HIM !

This man, Shon Rahrig, was in Ohio in 1999 suspected of torturing and killing pets adopted from local shelters - specifically he was prosecuted in September of 1999 and convicted for killing a black & white cat adopted from an Ohio shelter, given a sentence of 30 days and ordered to pay for the cat's necropsy $100 - no counseling was mandated and he was given a 5 yr probibition against having any pets (in Ohio)

He has since moved to California and has an address in San Diego, CA
