Charlie was left at FFL along with her brothers Charlie, Dennis, and Frank at a very young age. Without her mother around, Charlie had to be bottle fed for several weeks until she was old enough to eat on her own. Charlie was the runt of the litter and struggled during her first several weeks in foster care with a variety of complications that commonly impact bottle-fed babies. However, you wouldn’t know that to look at her now. Although she is half the size of her brothers, she hasn’t let that slow her down. She loves to play with her brothers, explore new places, and cuddle with her foster parents. Charlie has a very strong motor boat purr that starts as soon as her foster parents come into sight. She also loves to sit in laps and purr, especially after meal time. Charlie is particularly close to her brother Mac, who spent a lot of time cuddling with her, keeping her warm, and helping clean her in the weeks when she wasn’t feeling well. Now that she is fully healthy, she is ready to find her forever family and give them lots of love.
